After studying a few of lowry's paintings I noticed he didnt use shadows for his figures. As shadows play a large part of my work due to the lack of landscape, I couldnt leave them out, however thought it would be ok to leave it off for the Lowry style dog. I wonder how many other people have noticed its shadow missing :)
